TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Our sucess since 1977 is due in part to our Terms and Conditions
which have been
replicated by other brokers over the years until they are now the
industry standard.
We will hold any piece of gear upon written and faxed purchase order.
All sales are subject to
prior sale without one. A 15% deposit (or full payment) required
within 48 hours thereafter,
followed by full payment within 10 days. Buyer always pays all
shipping, even on returns, however
some items may be F.O.B. another location other than our warehouse.
If we replace a piece of
equipment, we pay second ship. We stand behind what we sell. Refund
only if not as represented. No
refunds on discounted items. California State and LA City tax will
be added. We sell & ship
internationally.
FINANCING
Financing and Lease Agreements available via our special third party
vendor.
